No one likes R&I, but if you're going to have to do it to get the job, at least do it with the right tools. These guys will bite on hood retainer clips, and have the built-in angle to leverage the clip out once you've got ahold of it.
Better than a pickle fork pry tool, because when you release the clip, it doesn't go flying across the shop or land under the blinker fluid reservoir. ;)
